. Mashpee Conservation C mmission <br /> Meeting of July 11, 1985 <br /> Wage Four <br /> the closest paint to the Bay. The house ' is going to be constructed <br /> completely upland of the top of the bank,, In order to protect the bank <br /> and to demarkate the limit of work, a continuous row of staked hay <br /> wales is proposed along the entire bay frontage . An area around the, <br /> house is proposed to be cleared to allow a habitable area. <br /> It was decided to limit clearing to 101 of the southerly boundaries <br /> of the proposed dwelling in order to protect the edge of the bank. <br /> After brief discussion, an order of Conditions was written and will be <br /> issued having the following special conditions : <br /> 1. Clearing is limited to to 1 of the southerly boundaries of the <br /> proposed dwelling. <br /> 2. Hay bales are to be staked and maintained aine for the duration of the <br /> c ons truc ti on, x <br /> 3. Re-vegetation must be accomplished simultaneously as hay bales are <br /> removed. <br /> . Landscaping is to be completed by October 15, 1985. If landscaping <br /> is not accomplished by that time , grading and the sowing of winter rye <br /> must be performed and landscaping will not be permitted to resume until <br /> April, - 1986. <br /> Popponesset Beach Association (wry. Wa arwick & As s 0c Inc Agent <br /> This application is to repair and maintain an existing foot bridge <br /> crossing Dean' s Pond; to prune and maintain a walkway on both sides of <br /> the foot bridge at Dean' s Pond - Shore Road. <br /> Harold Cohen, representative of the Agent, presented plans , It is noted <br /> that the Association has already been authorized to make emergency <br /> rgency <br /> repairs by means of a letter issued from the Office of the Building <br /> Inspector. This will s pe c if i s al ly include "ma int e na,nc a" , <br /> Ater brief discussion., an order of Conditions was written and will <br /> e issued on receipt of a. DEQE leo, The following s-!:)ecial conditions <br /> were included: <br /> 1. Pruning is to be performed judiciously only as it overhangs the <br /> footpath. <br />
