Costa requested: that the Board <br /> of Conservation Commissioners inform Mr. Glick directly by letter <br /> as to appropriate procedures in this matter, <br /> To this end, Chairman Dardano dictated the following letter and <br /> instructed that it be sent to Mr. Glick in care of his agent, Mr. <br /> Costa: <br /> "Please be advised that you will need to file a Notice <br /> of Intent for work performed in the resource area prior <br /> to -the Enforcement Order issued as well as workper- <br /> formed to comply with the Enforcement Order. <br /> 'Upon receipt of the Notice of Intent, the Commission will <br /> schedule a hearing and after an on' -site inspection has <br /> been made, the Commission will issue an order of Conditions .` <br /> Hearings scheduled for Janice Mills , Larry Codair and John Malloy, <br /> Cape &I s1aN ids S rveying Co. , Inc. , agent for ,all thre e applicants , <br /> were re-scheduled to August 15, 1985 because of inadequate advertising <br /> lead time resulting in insufficient abutter response time , it is <br /> noted that the application of John Malloy was not accompanied by an <br /> appropriate tax bill. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, after <br /> motion duly made and seconded, .
