Wheatley Co. , Inc. - Agent This application is to construct a 281 x 36' house andon-site sanitary system at Lot 32A Point Road. Aran Kelleher presented plans as her agent could not be present, The Notice of Intent was amended by Mrs . Kelleher at the request of the Board to include a breezeway and garage and to correct names , There were no questions , comments or discussion. Ms . Dardano declared the hearing closed and statedthat the matter would be taken under advisement, Robert G. Nelson - Cape & Islands surveying CO* , Inc. - Agent The proposed project is to-construct a single-family residence and septic system at #189 Tradewind Drive . This hearing was continued from August 15, 1985 because an abutter,, George Costa, advised by letter that he was not notified of the hearing r. Costas was present tonight to express concern about the proposed septic system. David S anicki, representative of the agent, was present. He submitted Plans and attempted to assuage Mr. Costals ta' s fears . Mr, sanicki stated that the original plan submitted at the original hearing did not show the proposed driveway, He submitted plans showing the dr..ve ray f Mr. s anicki said that the driveway will be paved. Ms . ardano remarked that the Board usually 16oks askance at paved drive- ways , but at that location, there shouldn' t be a problem. Ms . Dardano directed all- concerns regarding the proposed location of the septic system to the Board of Health, There were no further questions , comments or discussion, Ms . Dardano declared the hearing closed and stated that the matter would be taker under advisement.
