Kelleher at the request of <br /> the Board to include a breezeway and garage and to correct names , <br /> There were no questions , comments or discussion. Ms . Dardano declared <br /> the hearing closed and statedthat the matter would be taken under <br /> advisement, <br /> Robert G. Nelson - Cape & Islands surveying CO* , Inc. - Agent <br /> The proposed project is to-construct a single-family residence and <br /> septic system at #189 Tradewind Drive . <br /> This hearing was continued from August 15, 1985 because an abutter,, <br /> George Costa, advised by letter that he was not notified of the <br /> hearing r. Costas was present tonight to express concern about the <br /> proposed septic system. <br /> David S anicki, representative of the agent, was present. He submitted <br /> Plans and attempted to assuage Mr. Costals ta' s fears . <br /> Mr, sanicki stated that the original plan submitted at the original <br /> hearing did not show the proposed driveway, He submitted plans showing <br /> the dr..ve ray f Mr. s anicki said that the driveway will be paved. Ms . <br /> ardano remarked that the Board usually 16oks askance at paved drive- <br /> ways , but at that location, there shouldn' t be a problem. <br /> Ms . Dardano directed all- concerns regarding the proposed location of <br /> the septic system to the Board of Health, <br /> There were no further questions , comments or discussion, Ms .
