Mashpee oris e rvat i on Commission <br /> Meeting of September 12 , 1985 <br /> Pao,e Seven <br /> catch basins and berms ; const-ruction and maintanance of an 160 <br /> 161 driveway; l ar ing, grubbing, regrading, filling, l arcing, seeding <br /> and planting below and beside the proposed road construction; placing <br /> of a 36' RCE and construction of two riprap inlets and outlet head- <br /> walls at Lot #6 Great Neck Road. <br /> The proposal was heard on August 28, 1985. An order of Conditions <br /> was written tonight and will be issued with the Following special <br /> conditions : <br /> 1 . This project is limited to roadwork only. Notation <br /> is made to citation by QE, <br /> 2 . The riprap, outlet and inlet headwalls will be <br /> approved only after separate application to the Commission. <br /> ,Harold J . ..,Cohen � (".Vm. M. Warwick & Assoc. , Inc* -- Agent) <br /> This proposal is to repair existing riprap on the Face of a -coastal <br /> bank in order to protect a dwelling built prior to 1978 at #524 <br /> Triton Way, New s e bury. <br /> Chris Clark, re pro s entat z e for the agent, presented plans and <br /> pictures of the property-situation. He stated that it is almost <br /> ost <br /> identical to the Berkowitz property which is on the other side <br /> and that the Notice of Intent he has submitted is practically the <br /> same , He stated that the agent has tried to duplicate that project , <br /> The coastal bank is gravely eroded , The intent is to plant dune <br /> grass at the bottom, between dune grass and shrubbery, to puce and <br /> stake hay bales to stabilize the toe of the bank, and install snow <br /> ince on both sides wired together. Mr. Clark stated that the shrubbery <br /> indicated on the plans is the exact same shrubbery specified by the <br /> Commiss ion for -he Berkowitz proper .y. There will be beach peas , bay- <br /> berry, rola rugsa, etc . <br /> John Ghublikian - (gym. M.
