A letter will be written to the D part <br /> meat of Environmental Quality Engineering, attention of Brett Burdick , <br /> PhD. advising them of that Fact and requesting advice as to what pro- <br /> cedure should be followed o seek compliance . <br /> Grant W. and Olive C . Concern was expressed by the members about well-digging <br /> gg g <br /> Bob Maxim, an abutter, spoke .at length about the detriments of this <br /> proposal s it affects the integrityf ,fie <br /> pond and the surrounding <br /> ecological., environmental considerations . He pointed out that the <br /> lot is only 11, 000 . square feet , the e too tank will be within 50 ' <br /> of the pond and it affects the zoning by-law. <br /> An Order of Conditions was written and will be issued with the follow- <br /> ing <br /> l.lo - <br /> ing pe ia.l conditions : THE, PROJECT WAS D.
