Mashpee Conservation Commission <br /> Meeting of September 26 , 1985 <br /> Page Five <br /> filling, loaming and seeding of disturbed areas and landscape <br /> within loo ' of John' s Pond at Map 59t Plot 29 , Lot #2043 Sak=nat <br /> Drive . <br /> Mr. s pohr presented plans , After tallying the number of return <br /> receipt notification to abutter cards , Ms .. duPo t said that only <br /> approximately one-half of those abutting the property were accounted <br /> for, she warned that the hearing and any decisions made by the <br /> Board on the application i <br /> may be appealed . It was unanimously <br /> decided to hold the . hea.ring rr•ega.rdiess . <br /> Mr. s pohr stated that hay bales will be placed and staked along <br /> the o' contour. There will be no change in grades in the front <br /> of the project . <br /> Mrs , DeLory expressed concern about the removal of trees for the <br /> construction of the driveway as if this were done , there would be <br /> no stabilization, <br /> Mr. Henry Galas i, an abutter, stated very adamantly, that he i <br /> also concerned about the trees as this situation abuts his property . <br /> Ms #duPont called for further discussion, questions or comments and <br /> as there were none , she declared the hearing closed and stated that <br /> the matter would be taken under advisement, <br /> Mash-Dee Shores Fie alt Trust Arrow Engineering Co. , Inc. - Agent <br /> This application is to construct a dwelling, attached garage , drive- <br /> way, well and sewage-disposal system in a buffer zone to the top of <br /> the bank of the Mashpee Riven at Lot #14, Assessors ' Map 2 , Plot 99 , <br /> Redwood Circle . <br /> Mr. Robert Raymond, representative for the agent , presented plans . <br /> All the required return receipt cards were accounted for. Mrs <br /> Raymond said that this project is located in a buffer zone ad i a.cent <br /> to a bank, There will be a minimal amount of grading. The necessary <br /> grading will be done around the front of the dwelling. The drive- <br /> way <br /> rive- <br /> w ywill be constructed of bituminous concrete . The location of the <br /> proposed sewage-disposal system is lob' away from the ashpee River. <br /> A straw-bale dike will be used subsequent to construction, Clearing <br /> will be aDproximately 101 around the house , disposal system and well , <br /> The cleaning is mown as right on top of the bank to' from the straw <br /> bales .
