As the Con- <br /> servation <br /> ori-rvation Commission has no record of any such filing, i.e . <br /> Notice of Intent was not filed with the Commission nor with DEQE, <br /> it was decided that proper filing must be made and a valid public <br /> hearing held after* such filing. Hearing will be held on November 7 , <br /> 1985 . <br /> Ernest Williams (Wry. M. Warwick & Assoc. , Inc. - Agent) <br /> This application is to construct and maintain a three-bedroom resi- <br /> dence w1th attached decks and walkway and landscaping within 1009 <br /> of an artificial coastal bank at Lot #262 Crosstree flay, Popponesset <br /> Island. <br /> Chris 1 .r , representative of the agent, presented plans and <br /> supporting documents , He stated that the proposed septic system <br /> is quite large and is located in a flood plain at elevation 111 . <br /> He presented landscaping plans and said that there will be a crawl <br /> space . <br /> Between the water and the Douse , them is an existing revetment. <br /> The trees shown on the puns are a proposed planting. Existing <br /> vegetation will be left on the water side . He said that the most <br /> important aspect of this lot is that it is extremely flat, Staked <br /> hay bales will be placed <br /> f The dimensions of the deck are proposed to be 141 x 62' . '. Rosenberg <br /> and other members present felt quite strongly that the plans do not <br /> accurately reflect the proposal . <br /> Memberg are. quite concerned about the many, many holes that will be <br /> necessary for all the proposed tree planting. There was great deal <br /> of dis cus s ion concerning proposed grading and sloping.
