The proposed septic system must conform to Title +V <br /> and the lashpee Board of Health Rules and Regulations . <br /> 5. No construction will be permitted closer than <br /> twenty-five feet to mean high water. <br /> 6. THE PROPOSED DECK MUST BE REDESIGNED TO CURTAIL <br /> SIZE. <br /> Ivan Partrid e Cape & islands Surveying Co. , Inc* - Agent <br /> This application is to construct a single-family residence and <br /> septic system at Lot #150 Mutiny way. <br /> David S anicki, representative for the Agent, presented plans and <br /> certified rail receipts indicating notice to abutters . He stated <br /> that approximately one-third of the lot is a salt water marsh. <br /> The proposed driveway is located very close to the salt marsh. <br /> The floor level of the duelling is at elevation 161 . Mr. Sanic i <br /> said that at the maximum ur there will be 2' fill closest to the <br /> garage and terminate within twenty Feet of the garage . The septic <br /> system is sixty-six feet From the marsh which will require <br /> variance from the Board of Health. They will not remove any more <br /> fall from the lot than is absolutely necessary. The construction <br /> of the residence will require excavation. The gravel driveway <br /> slopes toi-:-ard the marsh. The garage will be half-exposed at the <br /> level of construction. Contour l ' will not be changed. <br /> James Ca.ra.nella, an abutters expressed concern about the distance <br /> of the well from his property line , He is particularly concerned <br /> about postsible contamination. The well is shown as X51 from his <br /> property line. <br /> After discussion, as there were no further comments or questions , <br /> Ms , duPont declared the hearing closed and stated that the matter <br /> would be taken under advisement. <br /> Caber.
