Mr. Sanic i <br /> said that at the maximum ur there will be 2' fill closest to the <br /> garage and terminate within twenty Feet of the garage . The septic <br /> system is sixty-six feet From the marsh which will require <br /> variance from the Board of Health. They will not remove any more <br /> fall from the lot than is absolutely necessary. The construction <br /> of the residence will require excavation. The gravel driveway <br /> slopes toi-:-ard the marsh. The garage will be half-exposed at the <br /> level of construction.
