This will safeguard the bank <br /> against any further erosion. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to amend the denial to Jake Kaplan and issue an <br /> Order of Conditions to coincide with D .E. .E. superseding order. <br /> k <br /> John advised the Commission denied a deck proposed by 4 i l l is Campbell due to the <br /> size of the deck and float. This has been reduced to a 16 x 12 deck, set of .stair <br /> ways, float downsized to 12 x 12. It is 34 feet from beginning of deck to end of <br /> float. They are requesting the Commission amend the denial and issue an order of <br /> Conditions . They are complying with D .E . . E . ' s superseding order of Conditions . <br /> This is on Jehu Pond which is not a product i ve- shellfish area .
