He also assisted with the- Orders of Conditions for SE43-642 (Golf Bourse) and SE43-641 (Cranberry logs) that were issued, Orders of Conditions were also issued for B i l odeau s -645 and Rousou sE -64 . Also issued for Bolger with e memo dictated to be attached stating the commission strongly recommends Mr. Bolger install a d rywe l l as close as possible to the road to facilitate the drainage of the swimming poo1 . This will safeguard the bank against any further erosion. VOTE: Motion made and seconded to amend the denial to Jake Kaplan and issue an Order of Conditions to coincide with D .E. .E. superseding order. k John advised the Commission denied a deck proposed by 4 i l l is Campbell due to the size of the deck and float. This has been reduced to a 16 x 12 deck, set of .stair ways, float downsized to 12 x 12. It is 34 feet from beginning of deck to end of float. They are requesting the Commission amend the denial and issue an order of Conditions . They are complying with D .E . . E . ' s superseding order of Conditions . This is on Jehu Pond which is not a product i ve- shellfish area . The supered i rig order was issued on 7/11/85 and they do not need a special permit . VOTE; Motion made and--seconded to amend the denial to William Campbell and issue an order of Conditions to coincide with D .E . . Mr. Burns advised he has been sworn in as an associate member, letter has been received from Patrick Coffey making applicat-ion for membership on the commission.
