Mr . Rosenberg stated it is not a generous offer as to <br /> comply with the law they have to revege to to i t. <br /> Mr. gainesboro stated there are no laws to stop Mr . Alicandro from selling him <br /> the property or to 'Inform him of the problems with the lot prior to his purchase. <br /> As a family , they would be willing to put in writing anything necessary to state <br /> they will put back together what Mr. Ali andro did . They understand the problem <br /> and are asking the Commission for help. They would be ww`r 1 i i rig to post a bond . <br /> He advised to sue Mr . Al i sand ro would take several years and they cannot use <br /> the house as it is . <br /> Mr . He suggested a specific revegetat ion plan be <br /> submitted and if approved , move on from them.
