The whole project was designed around this <br /> drainage easements The buffer strip is 35 feet on this lot, <br /> Mr. Rosenberg questioned building up an area 10 feet and then <br /> creating a steep slope. Be suggested leaving the natural slope. <br /> He asked why the vegetation had -to stripped if the lit was <br /> to feet from the house, <br /> Ms Baylog stated to get the drainage from ,this lot into the drainage <br /> area it would have to be sloped, <br /> Nis Behrmn gu4stioned that statement and Ms Baylog stated she was <br /> not attempting to channel the drainage on the lot. <br /> John stated- on�s-ite was dome and this is an abandoned cranberry <br /> bog. Both Lots 105 and 45A .r where bog owners took their sanding <br /> rights, Be advised 800 cu.. yds. of fill is equal to 55 dump truck <br /> loads which. is more sand than was put on the beach at Johns Pond Bark. <br /> 14s Behrman questioned the. material proposed for the fill and Ms Baylog <br /> advised. they have an abundant 'source. of .clean sand from this project <br /> t hand r approximately 2000 cu. yds. <br /> Ms. Behrman requested written documentation of the- requirements <br /> that were placed for the drainage easement, his Bay l og agreed to <br /> obtain this item. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated he would like to see a plan of the three lots <br /> and what is going to happen with Lot 46A,, John advised this is to <br /> be heard on August 20th. <br /> Nis Behrman stated with a written agreement, the hearing on the 20th <br /> could be shifted to a subsequent date in order to hear all mots sim- <br /> ul tar eouly. <br /> Nis Baylog advised she had doubts about the drainage easement as she <br /> had looked for documentation about this earlier. She stated it has <br /> to be built because it was proposed. <br /> Nis Behrrman stated she had never seen one- built this way. Nis Baylog <br /> s ta►ted it in a configur action s�lar to the one 1t is in now, If <br /> they made ,it a drainage easement sim lar to the one across the street <br /> on Nobska Rd. . that would render the lot unsuitable for building as <br /> the sideline setback would not be possible. <br /> Nis Behrm n requested,, in writing,, d cement tion that this i s the <br /> way it must be done, She also requested the plans for 46A be brought <br /> n at 1" to 20 scale. <br /> It was agreed to continue the hearing. Lots 45 and .105- will be heard <br /> on September 3 at 7 :30 to 8:00 p.m. If the applicant is agreeable, <br /> Lot 46A Shields Road will be beard at that time also, Ms Baylog will <br /> advise. <br />
