F <br /> 7:30 Thomas Nutil a (Arrow Engineering Inc-Agent) To construct ..a. <br /> single family dwelling, well and retaining walk, at Lot 75 Edgewater <br /> Drive. Bob Raymond presenting* To create a level area behind the <br /> dwelling, a retaining wal.l# is proposed with 60 yards of material <br /> contained. The driveway is to be paved and the well is 152 feet <br /> from the proposed sewage system. Any disturbed areas will he "graded <br /> and stabilized with landscaping or other indigenous plants.- <br /> Mr. <br /> lams.Mr Burns stated the property was viewed twice- acid the. distance' "'from <br /> the corner is less than 96 feet. <br /> John stated he reviewed the plans.
