This was before the Commission before to install' <br /> star- <br /> w y, ramp and dock which was denied and appealed to D.E. .E, An environ- <br /> mental impact statement was required and Mr. Porciello gave up. temporarily <br /> as it was not feasible economically. <br /> Mr. Slavinsky stated the embankment is very steep and as Mr., Porciello <br /> is handicapped, he cannot walk up the emba► J ent.
