There are .a few comments that I would like make on the hearings for 9117187. Porcielio:- I have meet with John Sla inksi 'on site at this project. His client wants to build the stairway in the area of the blowout. This can be done, however I would -suggest that the blowout be back filled with loam, and a vegetative cover be planted and maintained for a period of two years. Harold Cohen: This prof ct is located on a low lot net to an old cranberry bog. care should be take with respect to the amount of fill that will have to use during construction. Also a large buffer should be left between the house and the wetland. Peters Hartel Corp, . The proposed replication of the wetlands should be monitered by a professional biologist with semiannual reports to the Commission as to its progress. The line of hay bales should be moved to the edge of clearing, not at the edge of the wetlands. The dredging of Argos Pond could be allowed if specific access points are proposed, with mitigating measures for the loading and unloading of the dragline are conditioned.
