Mr. <br /> 'McAsk it l agreed it is within. the Commission 's juri diction,, however , <br /> the only way to do a drainage system is if paved . If not, there <br /> could be erosion or destabilization of the driveway. They man t to enlarge it by putting in a <br /> 12 X 60 ft. structure on a - ft. frost wall located within 10 feet <br /> of the -bank of the bog, It must be close to the bog, a pumphouse - <br /> for the irrigation system from the .retenti.on pond next to it.
