i Conservation Commission Page 1 October 29 , 1987 STRATFORD PONDS, SE43-693, Peters Hartel : Enforcement Order issued . Photos of clearing were reviewed with measurements. Work has been done without Planning Board approval also. ORDER: A revegetation plan is to be submitted to the commission within 30 days for approval . No work of any -kind is to be done on the premises until the plan is approved. Mr . Rosen-berg suggested a copy be seat to the building inspector , town counsel and D , Ms Behrman asked tbcommission to consider guidelines for work being done on dirt roads within wetland areas or near or within town conser- vation onser- vation land Ir. Rosenberg suggested a letter to the DPW and Selectmen stating 24 hour notice be given to the Conservation Agent of any intention to - d work on conservation land, including the recreation areas and ancient ways - within 100 feet of any wetlands. STEVEN ATH (Lucent ►) ; A letter was read into the records. The ,enforcement order on the retaining wall was issued on October 1 . Lia advised the amendment to the Notice of Intent with alterations described was brought .in. Question was raised how permission was obtained t build the house . e files of-the building inspector is to be checked for . plans. Conclusion= The retaining wall will be referred to the Building Inspector. Lisa to write to Mr. Anthony , as the letter does not solve .the problem, Mr. Anthony will be asked to come in before the board to discuss the plans with the Commission as he will be required to conform to the plans on file; if not, further action will be taken .
