During inspection for a Certificate of Compliance on the Houses Lasa noted the driveway is paved* not permeable , no drywells on the water side and the deck is half finished. Ernie Virgilio told Mr. Caplan to put in a paved driveway as the town requires a driveway apron onto town road. Mr. Kaplan stopped work on the deck. He has agreed to put in drywells and take out the driveway to the apron point if necessary. Lisa pointed out one option t.0 put in a drywell far runoff and leave the paved driveway. ENFORCEMENT ORDER: The driveway except for the apron area pis to be removed. 2. No further' activity is to proceed on the deck until a certificate of compliance is issued on the house. A hearing must be held for the deck. .. Drywells are to be- installed as per plan. EMERGENCY ORDER OF CONDITIONS: Town of Mashpee, Water Main Construction, issued. Conditions added:. Conservation Agent should be notified- no less than three days in advance of th-e date and time construction commences. The agent ha-1 inspect and approve all siltation control measures prior to the breaking of the pavement. CARTAL 'DEVELOPMENT CORP. : Superceding Order from DEQE was read . As the changes are so drastic, they -should be required to file a landscaping plan . A letter to be sent to Holmes & McGrath requesting they come in for a hearing. The retaining wall is new.
