The pool has <br /> been pulled back further from the wetland . <br /> Ms Behrman asked the base for the patio and was told the o i ,ina l <br /> order . of conditions stated it had to be brick set in concrete. MS <br /> Behrman r6viewed t'he order and did not find this{ conditio . <br /> Mr. Tarabe-1 I i agreed the bricks will be set in sand; this would be <br /> - better for them. <br /> There was discussion of"the elevations aid Ms Chapman stated the house <br /> is stepped and has a one foot drop, <br /> Ms Behrman stated 'there is a problemwith- putting fill in a flood zoned <br /> T rabelli stated he ran a wall eight feet out and buried it with <br /> or 8 inches above grade to hold ev r thing back. <br /> Hs Behrman stated the project has been substantially improved and the <br /> Commission would take it under advisement. Lisa Hanscom wit-I call . <br /> KOTIS: Jonathan Burt i s stated they would put in a deadman and Sal- - <br /> vani ed bolts. <br /> Mr . Coffey stated there is approximately six yard's' of fill and one- <br /> half should be removed to relieve pressure. <br /> Mr. Burtis agreed to remove 0% of the "fill , add a deadman to the <br /> angled area and a brace to the north side. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the rep rt and suggestions <br /> of Patrick Coffey and to Close the Andrew Kariotis hearing. <br /> 4 <br /> Mr. ur~t i_s- presented a list ,of the properties where they will b work- <br /> ing to repair ice damage. <br />
