Mr. Slavisr agreed. Ms Behrman stated a time limit will be imposed for the vegetation. Of It was suggested a bond or letter credit be required to unsure veget- .ation is iraintained. Tack Brown, .Jim P velick and Maureen Dun presenting. Cath McCabe re- presenting the trust was also present. Mr . Pavelick stated a Notice of Intent was filed in 1985 to regr,de and reseed the top of the bluff due to major erosion. The grass event .wally died due to exposure and lack of watering, which caused erosion in other areas; Last fall an RDA was filed to install an irrigation system and regrade areas on top of the bluff and reseed. -A Notice of Intent was required: They are looking to break the project up into 3 phases; to regi` de sections at the top of the stairs which have eroded out; to irrigate one -half of the bluff and loam and seed areas as needed. During the heaing for fothe FD , the Board asked that the stains be looped at and they are submitting a design to replace the stairs. The Building Inspector requested a breakaway section at the ' bottom in the event of severe wave action. They are looking to revegtte the beach grass beneath the stairs after construction and to revegetate some
