Mr. <br /> Slavisr agreed. <br /> Ms Behrman stated a time limit will be imposed for the vegetation. <br /> Of <br /> It was suggested a bond or letter credit be required to unsure veget- <br /> .ation is iraintained. Cath McCabe re- <br /> presenting the trust was also present. <br /> Mr . Pavelick stated a Notice of Intent was filed in 1985 to regr,de <br /> and reseed the top of the bluff due to major erosion. The grass event <br /> .wally died due to exposure and lack of watering, which caused erosion <br /> in other areas; Last fall an RDA was filed to install an irrigation <br /> system and regrade areas on top of the bluff and reseed. -A Notice of <br /> Intent was required: They are looking to break the project up into 3 <br /> phases; to regi` de sections at the top of the stairs which have eroded <br /> out; to irrigate one -half of the bluff and loam and seed areas as <br /> needed. <br /> During the heaing for fothe FD , the Board asked that the stains be <br /> looped at and they are submitting a design to replace the stairs. The <br /> Building Inspector requested a breakaway section at the ' bottom in the <br /> event of severe wave action. They are looking to revegtte the beach <br /> grass beneath the stairs after construction and to revegetate some <br />
