The grass event <br /> .wally died due to exposure and lack of watering, which caused erosion <br /> in other areas; Last fall an RDA was filed to install an irrigation <br /> system and regrade areas on top of the bluff and reseed. -A Notice of <br /> Intent was required: They are looking to break the project up into 3 <br /> phases; to regi` de sections at the top of the stairs which have eroded <br /> out; to irrigate one -half of the bluff and loam and seed areas as <br /> needed. <br /> During the heaing for fothe FD , the Board asked that the stains be <br /> looped at and they are submitting a design to replace the stairs. The <br /> Building Inspector requested a breakaway section at the ' bottom in the <br /> event of severe wave action. They are looking to revegtte the beach <br /> grass beneath the stairs after construction and to revegetate some <br />
