Mr, Palmatier stated they are not concerned about the septic and they could, as the lot next door which they own has been disturbed, bring the dirt out that way. Lisa stated there are trees between the lots which she would not want disturbed, She asked what would be used for digging and was told a backhoe, An 8 foot hole would have to be dug., Mr. Coffey stated,, where they set their own limit of work and holding to that, with ,the 15 feet it allows room for .the equipment to come in and do thework; procedurally it is doable. Mr. Burns suggested they remove the shrubs, remove the dirt and then go where it states Lot 520. The shrubs can be replaced. Mr. Palmatier stated they can mat over the septic system to spread the load. Lisa asked to be called before work starts. Mr. Palmatier stated they are aski-ng relief from special Condition 11 . He asked when into the project the Commission would like to see the rveet at i on plan. Ms Beh man stated as soon as Mr. Cariglia knows what he is going to do. Also, the Commission would like a schedule of when planting. 30 Waterline Drive. Steven Kroopnick stated he has a purchase and sale agreement on this property. There is an existing dock and float. n order of Conditions was issued in 1981 for the dock but the float was added at some time later. They are requesting a Certificate of Compliance assuring the deck complies to allow him to close on the property. Ms Beh rman stated a Certificate of Compliance could not be issued with the float sitting there. The owner should remove the Moat and apply for a Certificate o Compliance. Lisa read from the order of Conditions: The shellfish beds are a concern* Mrs, Ferriday stated that is why the float was not allowed. Mrs. Jacobson asked if the float was attached and was told it was. Lisa advised the float is 28-1121 X 11-1/21 , Ms Behrman stated an Enforcement order will be issued to the owner telling them to remove the float,
