Mr. Mirliss. presenting. <br /> An area of lawn was eliminated as one of- the terms and conditions with <br /> the construction work done this past year. It was mulched with . <br /> plantings in the permit and ars area in the center was plain so. they <br /> decided to put in a fully constructed gazebo. He was unaware he needed <br /> a permit or approval . During a prearranged appoint2ent with Lisa <br /> Hanscom to determine. how much be could- do with his beach to stay <br /> within the law, she. saw the gazebo and ad' i sed. a permit was needed. It <br /> is 16 feet from one Borer o-f the house and 56 feet from the -other. It <br /> is 50- feet from the water and is on concrete blocks. <br /> Mrs. Ferriday stated, at the onsite, we went to, look at the area of <br /> beach Mr. irliss wanted to clear and in order that we could <br /> understand d what he was going to cle-ar, he cleared.
