Conservation Commission August 11 , 1988 Page 9. Joel ZeSer expressed interest in becoming an alternate member~ of the Commission. He is self-employed as an industrial mechanical engineer in the heating/air conditioning business. It was suggested he talk with Town Counsel re conflict of interest. He was advised of non- voting associate memberships which are internally appointed.- : - Barnett. Berliner, Lots 18 & 19 Sturgis Landing., Numbers 7 & 1 were combined. The initial plan was for two lots and an Order of on-_ ditions - was issued. leave Sanicki- and qtr. Mrs. Berliner presenting. The original DEQE number was requested. Mr. Sanicki stated the actual road construction is at the top. of, e lot:. _ It .is- an existing gravel travelled way, which will remain. Two separate structures were approved by the Commission. There was discussion of a gallons' pail and- it's . contents. r.-. Berliner will, hire . someone . to, remove. it.-- i - There was discussion of placement of haybales and Mr. Sanicki agreed they can be wrapped around. Mr. Berliner advised there is a stairway going down they would, like. to retain ownership of,- it will not be moved. Mr. Rosenberg stated this,. should be put on the plan.
