Conservation Commission <br /> September 22, 19$8 <br /> Page 6. <br /> Riverside Road. Mr. & Mrs. Baldaf presenting. The Cottage closest <br /> to the water is to be demolished and mowed back0 feet. The. deck <br /> will remain but may be removed by hand later'. There will be no heavy <br /> equipment on the deck side of the house. The cottage to the rear will <br /> be renovated. <br /> Mrs. Simmons stated, the Commission, at an on-site, agreed the d - <br /> olishing of the one building and renovations of the other could be <br /> handled with an' RDA but that a notice of Intent should be filed for <br /> the new building. <br /> Mfrs. Baldauf stated the proposed cottage is two feet larger than the <br /> . existing cottage on the Marr. <br /> It was noted a Title V systemwas installed. <br /> .Mr. Coffey stated he has no problem with the deoli-skiing arra whether <br /> the deck stays or not but is uncomfortable' with the remodeling as too <br /> .,.much is unknown. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find a Negative partial deter- <br /> mination for the demolishing and the rest be positive. <br /> ORDERS OF CONDITIONS ISSUED: <br /> Colonial Gas Co. , Route 351 . <br /> Gerald Kaplan , 5 3-l' -House <br /> Michael Moore. <br /> .New Se bury, Tide Watch vi l I age: <br /> - T : Moti-on made and seconded to amend the Order of Conditions for <br /> Fids Watch Village Condominiums to bring it into compliance with <br /> the s perceding order of conditions from DEQE. <br /> Joseph Cariglia# A letter from Holmes & McGrath was read requesting an <br /> amended Order of Conditions. - After discussion, it was agreed this <br /> .could not be amended without a public hearing. <br /> Lisa suggested they come in with a Notice of Intent. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to deny the request for amendment s i <br /> had nothing to do with what was advertised. <br /> letter from Joe Murphy was read concerning the cranberry lease. <br /> With hurricanes in the nems, Lisa asked if the Commission had any <br /> provisions for emergencies.
