Conservation Commission <br /> February 23 , 1989 <br /> Page 3 . <br /> ms Dehrman advised when the Commission was at the Site yesterday , it <br /> was noted the driveway is larger than shown on the plan , <br /> Mr . Palmatier stated he was again at a disadvantage . <br /> Mr . Rosenberg stated ass- built plans are being brought in that do not <br /> conform to what is on the property . <br /> Ir . Palmatier stated it is a revised plan showing ars as-built retaining <br /> wall . He hoped this could wait for the Certificate of Compliance . <br /> Mr , Burns stated there will be crone . <br /> Mr , Rosenberg stated the Commission wants a plan to show this lot as it <br /> is on the day we consider it . We have no idea what variations there are <br /> from what is shown here and whether those things may have an effect on <br /> this wall . <br /> . Palmatier started this is all that they propose at this time and <br /> just because the Commission went out and saw something .rlse • • • i • <br /> Mr . Rosenberg suggested an Enforcement Order be issued to straighten <br /> it out ,, once and for all . <br /> Er , Palmatier Suggested waiting until he (Mr. C riglia sags he ' s <br /> done and then do it . <br /> Mr . Rosenberg Mated then the Commission may not approve i t . <br /> Ms hrm n stated She would prefer to say we have a plan that doesn ' t <br /> conform to the property as it is and she is not happy with the retain- <br /> ing wall as it is , so vote to deny it because it does not conform to <br /> what was permitted . <br /> Mrs . Marsters did not think the Commission can deny it , but can ask <br /> for additional information . <br /> Ms Dehrman stated the change in grade is causing erosion problems . <br /> Mr . Palmatier stated they addressed the drainage i n the last hear;irig , <br /> Lisa suggested the Commission should wait until he is done . <br /> Mr . Rosenberg stated the Commission has to allow it , modify it or <br /> deny it . <br /> Mrs .
