It is a drain for rainwater and he cannot take the pipe out. Ms Behrman sugested he request an amended Order stating the pipe was in ,there but not included in the plans by error. The Certificate of Compliance can then be issued. Mrs. Jacobson advised the pipe was noticed by the Division of Marine Fisheries also. XXX M Realtor Trust, SE -43-730. A letter from Cape & . Islands Surveying was read requesting an amended order to allow revised plan moving the fence nearer the water. A landscaping plan dated 3/88 was- reviewed. The work lift was questioned. It was- agreed. an on-site should be dome with an advertised hearing if deened. necessary. Mirrione Corp. : A letter from their attorney was read. Ms Behrman advised Joe Reardon does not recollect any communication and would like a copy of the letter.
