Mrs. Jacobson asked if at the patio level it will be attached to ars -exsting deck. Mr. Rosenberg requested a proper plan showing all of these items and elevations. Based on this plan- it seems haybales are 2 feet from the deck. Ms Behrman asked where the original limit of work was and was told the haybales are still there. She asked that he reverify the edge of the wetland and position of the staking and delineate equipment access on the plan. . -Mrw. Rosenberg asked what would be done with the excavated material . ,Mr. Palmatier stated it will be :regraded to conform to existing . contours; excess to be trucked from the site, approxiately 35 yards. A letter to be sent requesting any other information he can provide.
