Louise Behrman , <br /> Carol Jacobson , Joseph Burns , Mary Marsters , <br /> Robert- Sherman ,, Conservation Agent , vias present also . <br /> i T hr meeting was called to order a t 7 : 00 p .m. <br /> Bob Brandwein of Johns Pond came before the Board with a request t <br /> amend his Orden ofConditions . The required upgrade to Title V <br /> denuded the property . SIV advised GreggWillis is * s builder <br /> i <br /> and Chris Costa is the engineer . <br /> Additional landscaping -for the modification was reviewed . They <br /> propose to remove a creosote tie wall and replace with stone <br /> and dine to the grade , a retaining wall is necessary . There will <br /> be no fill . <br /> Ms Behrman requested engineering specifications on the fotin s <br /> for . the fieldstone wall . <br /> Mr . Bran-dwein advised they are cutting the lawn area back and <br /> naturalizing it . <br /> Specifications are to be provided ; no hearing will be necessary . <br /> Two copies of the plans to go to DEQE and two to the Commission . <br /> Approval was given to put the shrubs in immediately . <br /> Peter Jacobson came forward to speak about Conservation lard that <br /> runs along the Mashpee Kiger , the latest parcel . Monday there was <br /> a large Gravely there cutting paths right onto the water ' s edge . <br /> He explained to them that they were tearing up all the humus , <br /> mayflowers a nd lady slippers , wild blackberries and everything <br /> else . They stopped and brought the machine back hone . <br /> Mrs . Perragammo came to his hone and he explained ghat had , happened . <br /> She said the State hadl nned these <br /> p paths and they were gong to <br /> tale it up at a meeting . She further stated it would be better <br /> to have it done during a weekday while everybody will be working <br /> and no one listening . Tonight , the Gravely was back but he missed <br /> the tail end of i t ; they had already cut big paths u r-i ng the after- <br /> noon . <br /> Ms Behrman asked if Mrs . Ferragam o told him those paths were main- <br /> dted by the State , <br /> Mr * Jacobson stated he din1t know what they were . <br /> Mr . Burns asked who was operating the equipment and was told it <br /> was Bill McKay . <br /> p g <br /> Ms Behrman stated the Commission would have to speak with the sub- <br /> committee . <br />
