Allenby asked that they be allowed to take the trees down <br /> that threaten the house, They will be taken down by hand and <br /> there w i l i be no machines going down the bank. They will cut <br /> then ott with no root grubbing. They are using an <br /> enviror nentai consuit:ant. <br /> Mr. Burns suggested cutting the branches and leaving the <br /> trunks until they file; he would like to see it all done a <br /> once. <br /> Mr, Allenby suggested cutting them ott flush which wiil not <br /> affect to root structure. <br /> Mrs. Simmons stated they have not: detailed the equipment to <br /> be used to remove the large tree trunks. <br /> Mir. Ailenby stated they will carry them all by hand; there <br /> w 11 be no .dog trucks, bobcats, or skidders down there, <br /> everything will be hand carried out. He otfered to provide a <br /> more detailed letter to the Commission of how they will be <br /> taken out. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg agreed if more specific detailed information is <br /> provided, the Commission will make a decision, yes or n , He <br /> suggested getting together with the Conservation Agent:. <br /> Jim Kolbe appeared on behalf of Mr. Franchi with Ir. Lelit:o, <br /> a wildlife biologist:, concerning the Moskowitz project. <br /> Mrs. Simmons stated because litigation is being proposed, the <br /> Commission cannot accept any more information. <br /> Mr. Kolbe asked when the hearing was closed by the Board? It <br /> was his understanding fir, Sanicki submitted plans at :00 <br /> this evening, .or later. <br /> Mrs. Simmons stated she was not aware of this information. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated plans came in on the 29th without the <br /> proper seal. He telt it propr to inform all the parties <br /> involved what the situation was and contacted Mr. Fox who <br /> represented ter. Moskowitz this afternoon and Mr. Sanicki this <br /> morning to tell hire that his plans lack the proper seal. he <br /> did not,, at that: time, know what action might: be taken, if <br /> any, so Mr. Sanicki brought new plans tonight and handed them <br /> to him. He Moes not know whether that tormally constitutes <br /> accepting them, he had no particular direction on that at <br /> that time. <br />
