Moskowitz this afternoon and Mr. Sanicki this <br /> morning to tell hire that his plans lack the proper seal. he <br /> did not,, at that: time, know what action might: be taken, if <br /> any, so Mr. Sanicki brought new plans tonight and handed them <br /> to him. He Moes not know whether that tormally constitutes <br /> accepting them, he had no particular direction on that at <br /> that time. <br />
