My question is, will this be applied in that instance and if so, what kind of regulation, what find of situation, do ,you envision for assuring people do comply with not driving in that resource area? HERMA : What kind of provisions to see that they don't. ROT 1 E: That they do comply with not driving in the resource. You do have a fire schedule obviously, will you enforce it in those resource areas in question? SHER IA : We will enforce it to the best of the ability of a beleaguered Commission which has one person for that purpose* ROT KE: I still think the parking lot at the Town Beach is essentially a resource area. SHER A : We have no intention of declaring the parking lot. . . . BURNS: dust use your head basically, the parking lot is paved, you just drive over i t. An unauthorized use wouldn't for instance ineiude the town parking lot. oT KE: I 'm only saying, you can drive onto the beach from the parking lot and again, that' s a right for people to drive on the beach, that may be ars authorized use for people to drive onto the beach for fishing, or is it just be foot for fishing'? BURNS: As far as I know, the only place that you can is Prov i ncetown, the National Seashore and Sandy fleck. SHER AI: I will check with Ernie Virgilio. I think Patrick's suggestion of adding unauthorized would help. Are we meaning authorized by the Commission or authorized by any to%Ajn authority?
