Conservation Commission December 28, 1989 Page 6. NEW SFABU Y/GOLF COURSE DRAINAGE: A letter from Michael Grotzke was read requesting an extension for submittal of the Notice of Intent. Mr. Sherman stated submission in March would be acceptable. He further advised that in a telephone conversation with Mr. Grote today he was told they would file the HO I for the Real Estate OffiCe Pond within one month. In a later conversation with Brian Zeppenfeld he was told that it could not be in before March 1 . Mr. Sherman suggested the Notice of Intent be filed by February 15 and the Commission was in agreement. HERBERT STENBERO: A letter from Mr. S enberg was reviewed and photos were shown of the cutting. It was agreed a letter re Chapter 40,21D will be sent. APPLICATIONS TO THE COMMISSION: Letters were received from Frank H meyer~, Edwin Beeby and Raymond C. Ota i I I ette, Jr. It was noted Mr. Beeby attended several meetings and ori-sites and has experience in water pollution control, He is retired with time free for daytime projects. The Commission was advised the Chairman had recommended Mr. Beeby be nominated nated for full membership. In the event further applications are received,, consider- ation onsider- atin would be given. Marcia Johnson has asked to be considered for the Associate position. This has not yet been posted. SHELLFISH WARDEN: Paul Somerville informally notified the Commission that, at the request of Jeff Nutting, he i revising a suggested policy for the Selectmen to follow in the applications re aqua culture licenses and shell- fish grants. New applications for a new area do core- under the W_etland Protection Act and the jurisdiction of the Commission.
