Community Facility Needs Assessment Committee <br /> Minutes of Meeting Held Monday, July 23,2001 <br /> Mashpee Town Hail—Meeting loom <br /> Present: G. Frederick, F. Blythe,, L. Patrick, and J. Long, <br /> Absent, W. Taylor, K. Layer, and M. Horne. <br /> .A quorum being present,the meeting came to order at 6:40 p,m.. <br /> APPROVAL OF bh+aINVOICE <br /> Gus Frederick advised that ars invoice from bh+a in the amount of$55125 had been <br /> submitted by this firm. Including the amount in this invoice,the total paid to bh+a to <br /> date would be $20,125. <br /> -us Frederick motioned than we approve and pay the $5,125 invoice; this was seconded <br /> by Louise Patrick; and unard'mously approved, <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> Louise Patrick motioned to approve the ininutes of the July 12, 2001 meeting; this was <br /> seconded by Gus Frederick; and unar'mausly approved. <br /> ADD STT <br /> Jim Long motioned the meeting be adjourned at 6:50 p.m.;this was seconded by Gus <br /> Frederick; and unanimously approved. <br /> l espeaff.1ly submitted, <br /> j � f <br /> f ' <br /> J f n Giliberti <br /> eretary <br />
