Patrick, and J. Long, <br /> Absent: W. Taylor, K. Layer, and M. Horne. <br /> Guests: J. Cahalane and I . I1arsters <br /> Audience, Jean Noussee and Mert Sapers <br /> Presenter; Bargmann Hendrie+ Archetype(bh+a) <br /> A quote being present,the meeting came to order at 4,20 p,m. <br /> bh+a <br /> Steve of bh+a began by distributing the revised listing of proposed square footage, which <br /> showed the gross total had been decreased by 5400 sf from what had been proposed at the <br /> June f"meeting, This decrease was due to the Senior Center deleting Adult Day Health <br /> allotment of 2200 st and Leisure Services deleting 2000 sf multi-purpose room, as well <br /> as slight decreases in other areas. <br /> Ken Marsters congratulated Jing Long and Gus Frederick on their achievement in cutting <br /> own space requirements. <br /> It was noted that if in the future the space requirements do increase,these could be easily <br /> added on to the site as proposed. <br /> Finally, Steve pointed out that after reconsidering bh+a are proposing reverting traffic <br /> flow back to their original recommendation-namely, entering by the Senior Center and <br /> exiting;by the High School. reason: This way passengers get dropped off on the side of <br /> the building, not at the roadway* <br /> OPERATING COSTS <br /> Kristen Mobilia,Executive Director of Finance of bh+a, distributed draft documents: <br /> 1.) Draft version of the business plan, which includes assumptions for programming <br /> revenues; and <br /> (2) Tax rate Impact. <br /> Kristen asked if several people could be appointed to a subcommittee to work with her on <br /> drawing up more realistic projection figures based on Mashpee's actual requirements. <br /> Ken Marsters and gyrus Frederick volunteered to be part of this group, It was also <br /> assumed that Wayne Taylor would participate since this project eet is under his <br /> responsibility. <br />
