Comment from individual in the audience,.,He stated that he lived in New <br /> Hampshire and Colonial Town Community Center there was a"share&' facility and the <br /> Seniors had equal "time-share"-..---never a problem, <br /> Q.,Several raised the question...Could Senior center be freestanding and <br /> could it remain at current site but be expanded. <br /> Site not large enough to accommodate modate needs since very little excess land <br /> to build in Griew of wetlands., etc, <br /> .,.Heavy on sports, What about more cultural-type options* For example, a <br /> theatre. <br /> Several commented they favor one facility stating Seniors.could use all day <br /> and then youngsters take it over late daytime. <br /> Many questions arose regarding casts of building and maintaining. One <br /> comment was couldn't groups raise money an their own. <br /> .,,Happy to see Town thinking of these things...Mashpee needs something <br /> for total population. <br /> Q.Where would Community Center he located in Mashpea? <br /> Land that abuts High Schaal is being considered. <br /> NEXT MEETING AT SENIOR CENTER.
