Unanimous. <br /> Charge order #4 was reviewed: <br /> Item.-• Gravel at entrance to the project. Discussed at September 5 meeting. <br /> VOTE: Moved and seconded to accept change order #4 as written <br /> Four Members for. One against. <br /> Aaron Cohen stated he has made payments to Mr. Maurer, who was requested to <br /> i but i s away. No billing was receved on change order #1 , but he has been pa <br /> on change order #2. <br /> Mr. <br /> Pe asked if it were possible to advise the Electrical and HVAC that Mr., <br /> Cohen has <br /> submitted the re uisition and payment will not 'be made until Friday. <br /> Mr. Cohen stated he had talked with Maurer and told him all chanes have been <br /> passed on to the architect. Legally, he has to receive whatever the architect <br /> approves..
