He stated a decision will have to <br /> be made whether Triple A, or the town, is going to finish the site work as <br /> he must be paved by April 15. Ellis agreed to work with Jack Cartier on <br /> the matter. <br /> Ellis advised the ceiling in the tool room will be installed tomorrow. <br /> The cost is estimated at $485.00 and a change order will be worked up. <br /> He stated he will speak with Will Hanson concerning the bumpers between <br /> the garage doors <br /> It was noted the electric door switches were installed. <br /> A letter from Central Ceilings Inc. , North Easton, MA, requesting direct <br /> payment was turned over to the architect for action. Ellis i advised he <br /> has spoken with then and they will forward a letter rescinding this letter <br /> h <br /> as they have been paid. <br /> A co of a letter from Lawrence Lynch to Aaron Cohen requesting payment <br /> copy i <br /> was read to the committee.
