Aaron Cohen Triple A Engineering Inc, RE: Mashpee public Works Facility PA Box 7149 #3018 Warwick , RI 02887 Dear~ Mr. Cohen: It i s i mpe ri ti ve that this job be given top priority and very serious consideration and attention toward the end that the final inspection report be fully implemented and com- pleted well before the anticipated May 1, 1985 dedication dated. you advised us that you expect to have people working with proper supervision by April 18 hopefully; b u t certainly no later than April 22, 1985. We expect that you will hold firmly to this. Falling this , the committee has advised that they will be looking to default your con- tract and ask ,your bonding company to finish the work, under that portion of the Gen- eral Conditions of the contract requiring ,you to diligently and actively pursue complet- ion omplet- ion of the worm. Neither they nor especially we hope this will come to pass ,, but we do hope you will indeed see to i t that the work required will be completed. With respect to completion of this job we need to see copies of the required warranties and all maintenance documents, as well as releases from all ,your scab-contractors and suppliers filed and otherwise. At the moment we have complaints from: Pilgrim pumping Services, Canam steel , E.C.M.S . Inc. , Associated Engineers Inc. , Mello Electric, Central Ceilings, Lawrence Lynch, Com Electric bills ,, V & v Construction Co. , Simeone Corp. , Santini Bros. Iron Wroks Inc. , The Lift flan Co, , and of course the Masachi Corp. , and also Mandy's attorney-William Pe rrri ce l 1 i (775-7302) . I do not believe this list is exhaustive, but i s indicative of our present di lemna. I do Dope that these matters can be attended to promptly and that we will not have to spend time involved in satisfying resolution to the matter, with direct payment etc, therefore, we beseech you to please clean these ratters up promptly. We have now received processed change orders 7-17 signed and approved (2 copies enclosed) The committee wants change orders 18 and 19 approved also before processing Requisition #7a.
