Re telephoned h inn with the speaker open for the committee to hear. Mr. vi r.& <br /> gi 1 i o advised the committee ttee that Bonito i s going in for a permit for the removal <br /> of material from the town of Mashpee at the Selectmen' s meeting tomorrow night,. <br /> He will remove material from the outer perimeter of the site. Ellis asked the <br /> volume of the material and Mr. Virgilio stated he did riot know* Ellis stated <br /> he would like to discuss this with Bonito and the coiad ttee agreed. He asked <br /> Ernie if he would have Bonito call hint in the morning and %-.ias told th-I s would <br /> be impossible. <br /> Mr. vi rgi 1 i o stated Bonito is doing this for himself only and has no deal with <br /> anyone. When asked If Bonito was going to pay for the fill Mr, Virgilio <br /> stated he did not think so. <br /> I•t � d t -t an r �t n . -- "th' BO tO ill n -- <br /> i tett shoal d be i nvol ved as the f i 11 belongs to the contractor. <br /> Ell is agreed to attend the selectmen's meeting and advised there might be a <br /> small charge as this i s outside the realm of the contract and not a committee <br /> meeting. Mr, Re agreed to try to f i nd out the ag nda and 1 et E 111 s know. <br /> After discussion, it- was agreed that if Ellis is L�nabl e to get another quote <br /> on the well , Bishop would be told to go ahead, Ellis advised Bishop proposes <br /> to go 120 feet and tie into the system. <br /> It was noted the painting on the outside is not finished. <br /> Concerning the door that blew open on the paint shop, Mr. Virgilio had stated <br /> the hardware was not on the door. However, Ellis stated the hardware was on <br /> the door when he checked. If the dead bolts were not set, the door could have <br /> blown open. It i s his feeling the hardware was installed, but the door latch <br /> was not engaged properly. <br /> Ellis advised Maurer has taken care-of the vents on the heaters. <br /> The minutes of May 28# 1985 were reviewed. <br /> It was noted on page 2, paragraph 4, El 1 i s advised Aaron Cohen stated he would <br /> pay to have the work done and back charge Mas as ch i , <br /> Ellis advised the gas bills can be paid out of funds and Triple A backcharged, <br /> or possibly paid out of the bond.
