He further stated that if there was a problem,, notify the police. <br /> Sgt. Bevaequa asked if all the beach attendants carry bylaw violations. Gus stated he <br /> would have to cheek with Jim Marr but they do have a copy of these regulations in their <br /> r <br /> satchels. Sgt Bevacqua further stated that if the beach attendants knew they wereoin <br /> � l <br /> to have a hard time and there was no communication between them and dispatch,that if <br /> they saw a violation,they should he writing it up. Gus inquired if Sgt Bevac ua was <br /> refeiTing to writing a citation, they do not have any of those. Sgt. Bevae ua noted(tern <br /> #3 in the relation addresses employees of Lei sure Services and that they have this <br /> authority to write these violations and those park attendants in the parking lot have the <br /> care and control of that area. If this were known, it would not be squealing on someone <br /> Y r <br /> but what he or she 1s getting paid to do. <br /> Gus stated this is not done on the spot as a violation.
