We have all kinds of literature on how to a: ply,, - We <br /> should get a copy of their map, It was wondered if we- could'use any <br /> assistance from Cape Cod Planning. <br /> The Senior Citizens' Home was discussed and it was mentioned that <br /> we had Mr. Doane ? working on it and he really put it 'together. Per- <br /> haps he could work on this - it might be good because one person could <br /> be we rking on it all the time. He helped a lot on the Honte - e would <br /> not have that hone now without his help, <br /> It was asked if there were any plans for increasing the acreage <br /> n the zoning. - - . Bourgeois replied that there was nothing def ini-te, <br /> but , or ethi ng has to be done in bringing anything befor'e the town until <br /> this skiit is settled, but we do have ideas. The zoning isn't necessary- <br /> to o the master plan, except it hinged on what happened at South Cape <br /> and the school. Some areas around there that had to be protected - may <br /> be some acquisition along Route 28 of any r urate land th ere -- if we can <br /> somehow intersperse it with residential. Like to' see it planned all the way up to <br /> Route 151, 130 and 28. . Good to keep everything in one area. As-far as <br /> South Cape'goes, they're going ahead with it, not slowing down on it - <br /> it's all academic right now. Each of our boards has to keep working' on <br /> it. The State is not going to proceed any further on South Cape Beach. <br /> Cape Cod Planning was discussed as to who was available and i <br /> best suited to help. <br /> •# Narsters is pretty sure we 've got' a raster plan map.
