The standard order of conditions for two bed- <br /> room house will be conditioned in perpetuity unless an alternative system is <br /> proposed. <br /> Concerning nitrogen calcs, they ere 'done by Mr. Sanicki. Mr. Sherman stated <br /> since this was filed as a two bedroom, he did not bother to do them. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated Mr. Sanicki is correct; they cannot get a permit without potable <br /> water. Before closing, if it can be ascertained water is going to be available, <br /> would they be willing to hook up? <br /> Mr. Sanicki stated this would delay getting a permit. He can get this answer <br /> by a phone call to the district. He suggested conditioning that if water is <br /> available, they will tie into it. He asked if the Conuaission wants a letter <br /> from the water District advising when water will be available on this strut? <br /> The Commission asked for this letter. <br /> Public comments were requested; mono. <br /> VOTE; Motion made and seconded to close the hearing at the next hearing after <br /> receipt of information when town water will be available on that street. <br /> To BE CASED, <br /> 20 BAYMRT Holme, INC. to construct a two bedroomwelling, garage and deck; <br /> installation of Title v septic system and well: and landscaping to stabilize <br /> disturbed areas at Let 76A Tobisset St. ,-rob Gray,and Roger Mci e ish presenting <br /> with wren Michels o 'Bayport" homes. This is one o "the, final lots proposed for <br /> development. They are adding a 4,140 .f, parcel to thi lot- so that combined <br /> the total acreage will be 19,734 s.f. ; he referred to mote on the plan. Mr. Gray stated it is 40 foot minimum to the house. Mr. Sherman <br /> asked if they would consider applying for a variance to give a larger vegetated <br /> buffer strip? He advised Board of Health is not ready to issue; they are awaiting <br /> affidavit for- future town water hook-up, verification of wetlands delineation, <br /> the easement recorded and issuance of an order of Conditions. <br /> Mr. Sherman again asked if the client would be receptive to asking the Board of <br /> Appeals for a variance? Nis Michels agreed this rade sense and asked if he meant <br /> 10 feet? He did, and she agreed. <br /> Mfrs. Ferriday asked if the system would be pumped and br. McNevish advised it is a <br /> gravity system. <br /> Mr. Gray stated it is a two bedroom house and they have tried to reduce nitrogen <br /> loading as much as possible. They could not get below the 5 ppm unless it as <br /> one bedroom house. <br />
