Mentioned in the notes is the installation <br /> of siltfence or haybales. Haybales will be installed just below the top of the <br /> coastal bank or just behind the fence. In a grassy area above the stone revetment <br /> and below the top of the coastal bank, he proposes a dense arrangement of plants <br /> to stabilize the coastal bank such as rosa rugosa, beach plum and bayberry. The <br /> entire area between the revetment and coastal bank is heavily vegetated. The buffer <br /> between the lawn and fence line is wider and more densely planted with rosy rugosa. <br /> The pool has been redesigned and is slightly smaller. The garage has been moved <br /> back as far as it can go.
