They are proposing to put in the same spot, a certain drainage system. Mr, dells stated it will favor the Lower side. Mr. Merguerian asked if they could shift the pipe that is shoim in the middle of the read to the south side? That would allow them to present a more comprehensive drain- age system to the Commission. Mr. Sherman asked for a revised plan showing the shift. in pipe; Mr. Wells agreed. Continued. from February 17, 1994. Michael Grotzke presenting. The hearing was continued to address outstanding issue's. A reprised plan was reviewed. Mentioned in the notes is the installation of siltfence or haybales. Haybales will be installed just below the top of the coastal bank or just behind the fence. In a grassy area above the stone revetment and below the top of the coastal bank, he proposes a dense arrangement of plants to stabilize the coastal bank such as rosa rugosa, beach plum and bayberry. The entire area between the revetment and coastal bank is heavily vegetated. The buffer between the lawn and fence line is wider and more densely planted with rosy rugosa. The pool has been redesigned and is slightly smaller. The garage has been moved back as far as it can go. The whole house will be surrounded by a gravel drip edge. The existing garden well will be used for the pool instead of d ywel.l.. n alter- � nature to chlorine is proposed which through the use of ionization breaks the sodium and chlorine apart; it is an expensive system.
