Mr. Gray stated existing is <br /> shown in yellow on the plan; it is a float with a ramp to the mainland. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked, if the Cozr� fission approves straightening out the dock, will <br /> they provide a revised plan. They would. <br /> Mrs. Ferriday asked if there is one float? It is two pieces hooked together. <br /> Mr. Desrosiers stated it will be conditioned that no boats will be docked to <br /> the inside. <br /> Mr, Homeyer pointed out that cannot be done, only the Harbormaster canbiake <br /> stipulations on the vessel * <br /> Mr. Mc evish stated there is the issue of eligibility for a 99 year license. <br /> Mr. Gray stated spaces for the decking and encapsulated foam are shown on the <br /> plan. Maintenance in perpetuity is requested. Since changing the existing <br /> footprint to meet Rick York's concern and changing the size of the float, the <br /> 99 year license may be put in ,jeopardy. It is better for the enviroment, if <br /> accepted. <br /> Mr. Desrosiers stated any comments made by the Commission to Chapter 91 would <br /> be favorable. <br /> NOTE: Motion made and seconded to close at the next hearing after the receipt <br /> f new plans. Unanimous Vote. <br /> TO BE CLOSED, <br /> 7:20 RALPH FAIA for a Determination of Applicability on a request for maintenance <br /> in perpetuity for existing stairs and retaining wall at 27 Janes Circle. The Agent <br /> spore for Mr. Faia. He advised the applicant was repairing stairs and a retaining <br /> wall that were never permitted. The work has been done and is stable with no threat <br /> to the resource area. The material with creosote has beer' removed and replaced with <br /> pressure treated wood.
