x MASHPEE CONSERVATION COMMISSION Minutes of April 21 , 1994 Commissioners present: Harry Desrosiers, Gertrude simmons-Ferriday, John Johansen, Jack Fitzsimmons, Chuck Greene, Richard Rhodes , Frank Home rer. The Chairman called the meeting to order at 6: 55 p.m. and appointed Richard Rhodes a voting member. PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: None. 7:00 BARBARA WEINBERG, 50 Pimlico Pond Road, continued from 17 March 1994. Roder McWevich and Mario Gregoria represented the applicant for a five bedroom single family house with attached garage and deck; gravel walk to a 12 ' x 14 ' platform , and elevated stairs over an inland bank at 50 Pimlico Fond Road. No problems with delineation; no trees sacrificed; all runoff will be contained to dry well ; no watterorn structure; no recreational beach; limited vista pruning. It was suggested to put straw matting down- to avoid erosion problem under stairs. Condition to save holly and oak. Public comments were requested: None. VOTE: Motion rade and seconded to close hearing. Unanimous vote. HEARING CLOSED., 7:10 SUSAN WORNICK, for an open screen house and ground level deck at 15 Dean' s Hollow Road. Mike Wille represented. He reassured committee that he would be the on-site contractor and contact person. Public comments were requested: To fellow. Mr. Fitzgerald, 16 Dean' s Hollow Road, raised a complaint that the deck goes into the sea grass, Mr. Hove rer recommended continuing the hearing until property is staked. Evelyn Fitzgerald, 16 Dean' s Hollow Road, expressed concern about future consequences re: parking since it is a rental property, but it was noted by the commission that the only criteria is the possible effect on the dune. Agnes Callaghan, 90 Dean' s Hollow Road, stated that she and her son, Thomas P. Callaghan, are opposed; Bob read a letter from the son re: his opposition. CONTINUED TO MAY 5, 1994 - 8:30 P.M*
