Roder McWevich and Mario Gregoria represented <br /> the applicant for a five bedroom single family house with <br /> attached garage and deck; gravel walk to a 12 ' x 14 ' platform , <br /> and elevated stairs over an inland bank at 50 Pimlico Fond Road. <br /> No problems with delineation; no trees sacrificed; all runoff <br /> will be contained to dry well ; no watterorn structure; no <br /> recreational beach; limited vista pruning. It was suggested <br /> to put straw matting down- to avoid erosion problem under stairs. <br /> Condition to save holly and oak. <br /> Public comments were requested: None. <br /> VOTE: Motion rade and seconded to close hearing. <br /> Unanimous vote. <br /> HEARING CLOSED., <br /> 7:10 SUSAN WORNICK, for an open screen house and ground level <br /> deck at 15 Dean' s Hollow Road. Mike Wille represented. He <br /> reassured committee that he would be the on-site contractor <br /> and contact person. <br /> Public comments were requested: To fellow. <br /> Mr. Fitzgerald, 16 Dean' s Hollow Road, raised a complaint that <br /> the deck goes into the sea grass, Mr. Hove rer recommended <br /> continuing the hearing until property is staked. Evelyn <br /> Fitzgerald, 16 Dean' s Hollow Road, expressed concern about future <br /> consequences re: parking since it is a rental property, but <br /> it was noted by the commission that the only criteria is the <br /> possible effect on the dune. Agnes Callaghan, 90 Dean' s Hollow <br /> Road, stated that she and her son, Thomas P.
