Put on next meeting <br /> agenda. <br /> NOTE: Motion Stade and seconded to close. Unanimous vote. <br /> 1. Kegs for Chap 1 Bob has revised by-law for Chapter 173 <br /> that governs our wetlands. Activity was defined as everything <br /> in the Act and the By-law. Hearing scheduled for May 19, 1994. <br /> 2. Abutter-notification Article: No action necessary. This <br /> will be on the town meeting floor, our abutter notification <br /> requirements rust be in consonance with the wetlands Act. <br /> 3 , Planting Plan for loran* Dave Consalvi and Bob have visited <br /> site and noted- sandy/dry conditions of soil. They agreed to <br /> plant rare grass and rosa ruc-osa, observe it for a c <br /> jrowing season <br /> and have right to require other plants if those do not succeeed. <br /> Commissioners were in a reement. - - <br /> . Lenl santuit Violation: meed for NOI for future work is <br /> being worked out. EPA rade a site visit and threatened violation <br /> of ; reve etat ion will be worked out. Bob will have to go <br /> to Court May 4 over criminal trespassing. Bob would like letter <br /> stating that he was on the property doing the bidding of the <br /> Commission to investigate the Kiger and the herring fishery. <br /> NOTE: Notion made and seconded that a letter be seat to Town <br /> Council that Bob was on the property at the request of the <br /> Commission to do Conservation business, investigating the River <br /> and herring run. <br /> Unanimous Note. <br /> S. Gates Request: Electrical workers trampled on marsh; <br /> Bob assessed damage to be minimal and will probably come back <br /> after one growing season. Owner wrote a letter concurring that <br /> we would check it at the end of the season and reevaluate whether <br /> it requires revecetation at that point. <br /> NOTE: Notion made and seconded to accept recommendation of <br /> agent to reevaluate at the end of the season for <br /> need for revegetation. <br /> Unanimous vote. <br />
