VOTE: Motion made and seconded to ask Dick Shauneser to be <br /> ready to speak at Town Meeting re: Asst. Conservation Agent. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> 13, SHORE CLEAN UP: Contact Bob or Perry to sign up and <br /> volunteer. <br /> 14. OTHER: None. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1, REQUEST FROM M HU1 TINGTON: They volunteered to buy another <br /> lot to obtain lower figure for nitrogen count and build their <br /> home on the combined lot on Bay Shore Drive. Bob recommended <br /> support -even though nitrogen calculation slightly over 5. <br /> 2 , MACLEOD PLAN: They want to chant'-e the location of the house, <br /> make it smaller, and pull away from wetland. Bob recommended <br /> getting it in writing rather than an amended order. <br /> NOTE: Motion made and seconded to support Bob' s recommendation. <br /> Unanimous Note. <br /> . SUGGESTION: Mrs . Dempsey suggested it would be helpful <br /> when passing papers that owners know there is a Wetlands Act. <br /> Bob will contact the Bar Association to determine how best to <br /> get information out to closing lawyers. It' was suggested <br /> involving. Tori Cahir and making it an Act of Legislation. <br /> 4, VIOLATIONS: <br /> PERRY of Alma Road, - Ed Pecci representing, Bob told hien to file <br /> new septic and site preparation. <br /> ESE They- are cooperating; fine has been assessed; vegetation <br /> to be replaced. <br /> OTHER: Ms. Ferriday noted she will be in Florida <br /> attending to her mother and unavailable most of May, If the <br /> Commission needs her resignation let her know.
