Sons_q <br /> ' Charles- Green, F ' <br /> Robert Lopez was also present. <br /> The meeting was called to order by Mr. Johansen at 6:55 .r . Sherryl Sons <br /> and John Fitzsimmons were appointed voting members. <br /> 5 5 PUBLIC COMMM PERIOD: None <br /> 7:00 BART BDMES., Lot 76A Tobisset St. ; contiinued. from 6 January 1994. Bob <br /> Gray, Roger McNevish and raig 'weeden presenting. A new plan was reviewed. <br /> They have received Board of Appeals, approva.l for setback from the street. <br /> There will be a gravel drive, no lawn and a private well. It is 40 feet from <br /> the corner of the house and deck to- the wetland.; previously, it was 30 feet, <br /> a <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if they would meed more than fere feet for the construction <br /> window around the decd.: That would not be a problem. <br /> Mr. Weeden advised there was concern expressed by neighbors at the Board of <br /> Appeals hearing with pulling the house to the street which would upset the <br /> line established. They asked if there is any way to compromise and meet <br /> their concerns. He spoke on their behalf. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated 50 feet is the absolute minimum which has 10-20% in wildlife <br /> value. TheCommission's duty is to care more about the critter's than the neighbors., <br /> Mr. Gray stated there is no lawn proposed, only wood chips with minimum shrubs <br /> to stabilize. It is siml.lar to Lots 38 and 39 of the same subdivision. <br /> Nor. Sherman stated the revegetating for the water service will be conditioned. <br /> A narrative to be provided same as lots 38 and 39. <br /> Ilr. Gray stated the house is moved as far back as possible. <br /> Mr. Lopez advised town water was approved at the last district meeting but will T <br /> not be available for one year, <br /> Mr. Weeden stated that hook-up to town water is not a problem and is covered by <br /> the Board of Health. <br /> Mr. Desrosiers asked about the consideration of an ancient way? Mr. Sherman <br /> stated that has no bearing on the Wetlands Act. <br /> Public comments were requested: None. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close the hearing. Unanimous Vote. <br /> BEAR TNS CLOSED 0 <br /> 7:10 NEW SEAMY CO., iR for a Determination of Applicability on the repair of <br /> an existing launching rare; maintenance in perpetuity of all existing structures, <br /> including ramp, floats, walkways, piles and mechanical and electrical appurten- <br /> ances at Tew 'Seabury Marina, 135 Daniel's island Road. <br />
