The depressed area is in the location of the septic and they wish to restore the coastal bank back to its' original contour. Mr. Sherman stated this was under an old Enforcement Order for an offense one year ago. It is advisable to do what is proposed and fill before he plants, but is should be conditioned that it be done before next fall. Public comments were requested: none. Notion made and seconded to amend the Order of Conditions to permit filling and planting, Unanimous Vote. 8:00 ANDREW. ARIOTIS for a Determination of Applicability on the proposed digging of a 30" trench for an electric cable at 67 Tide Run. Mr. Sherman advised the applicant will not be attending. The trench runs from the street to the house; it is all flat and there is a berm between the house and the water. It will be filled with dirt and covered. With wood chips. They did not know this was a problem until they found the vernal pool. Mr. Sherman stated another wetland was found. also.
