Abutter <br /> notification received, m .,They'are- replacing a cesspool sitti g in ground water <br /> which the Board of Health has approved. The cesspool`must be removed. The existing <br /> four bedroom house is 54 feet from the top of the coastal bank. They will be 2 feet <br /> from the property line with the leaching system; a loo gallon septic tank will be <br /> installed.. It is not involved with nutrient 10'ading because they are located on <br /> the sound. <br /> Mr. Sl. vin.sky provided house plans. There is a finished basement with one bedroom; <br /> there aro four bedrooms there l today and.there will be n 'ret change in bedrooms. <br /> Asked if that includes another bathroom; he stated it does. The Agent will cheek <br /> to see if ground water flow is to the sound, the Cape Cod Commission has maps. <br /> This must go before the Board of Appeals for existing nonconforming expansion <br /> that will require architectural plans. There will be no charge in footprint. <br /> The riprap is mortared and will be remortared. They do not need a Chapter 91 <br /> license. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated it could be closed pending a check with his sources t o see <br /> if ground water flow is to the sound. <br /> Mr, warner stated on the wall itself, it is in Very good shape. It is angled <br /> so that it is just on' top where it is eroded. Mr. Sherman agreed- that was true. <br /> Public comments were requested: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion rade and seconded to issue a negative determination pending <br /> an on-site inspection by the agent and his review of ground water flow. <br /> Maintenance in perpetuity for the riprap will be limited to remortaring. <br /> NEGATIVE PENDING, <br /> 8:00 LAWREN M WARNER for a Determination of Applicability on the installation <br /> of a Title v septic system and maintenance of a riprap at 29 overlook moll. <br /> John Slavinsky presenting with Mr. warner. There will be no increase in bedrooms. <br /> Plans were approved by the Board of Health pending action by the Commission. <br /> Public comments were requested.: none. <br /> VOTE: Lotion rade and seconded to find a Legative Determination. <br /> 8:10 ROAD BERAN fer -an amended order of Conditions for SE 3-1060 to permit <br /> maintenance of an existing bulkhead and dock and to place 3 - ' x 2' openings <br /> in the wooden bulkhead at 82 Waterway. John Slavin. ky presenting. . <br /> Waterways would net permit removal of the bulkhead. MEPA thouMt there should be <br /> some flow and want hire to put 3 - ' x 2' openings in 'the wooden bulkhead for <br /> which they are requesting maintenance in perpetuity. They cited some biological <br /> organist as the reason. There is only air behind the bulkhead. <br /> Mr. Sherman questioned the doles and stated more information is necessary. He <br /> will contact some people and get an opinion from MEPA. <br /> An in t e r ire approval was issued on the dock. <br /> Public convents were requested: none. <br />
