Conservation Commission <br /> May 2 , 199+ <br /> Page 2. <br /> Post Regulatory Hearing Agenda <br /> silton: Emergency certificate issued for failed septic system. <br /> Interpretive Program: Warrant was signed for payment to Sabatia. <br /> Policy: There has been a subcommittee .formed regarding motor vehicle use. The <br /> Commission's vehicle has been omitted from emergency use vehicles. A letter to <br /> be sent. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded that a letter be seat asking that the Commission's , <br /> vehicle e included an emergency vehicle. <br /> SEPHe' rings The Agent advised the hearings scheduled for vW delineation, <br /> Surface Water Quality Begs, 401 Water quality Certification, Adjudicatory <br /> Procedures and Title v, are all -being held on Thursday evenings, one involving <br /> hearing night for the Commission. The Agent felt it would be in order for a <br /> Commissioner to go, if a quorum is certain. A draft letter will be ready for <br /> the Connission's review next agenda concerning Tule V. <br /> Nor. Green stated he would be interested in attending the June 2 hearing on the <br /> Title v regs.
