Sanicki accepted in his client ' s behalf. <br /> w <br /> Public comments were requested: none. <br /> VOTE: lotion made and seconded to amend- the order of Conditions for <br /> SE -1252 to permit construction of a. deck and add the conditions <br /> that the area of disturbance by properly vegetated and there shall be <br /> en. anced. vegetation to the bare spots . A sketch or drawing to be <br /> provided. U an-IMOUs vote . . <br /> AMENDMENT ACCEPTED. <br /> :20 JACOB B. SHAMMASHfor a proposed new deck, house addition, <br /> detached garage and driveway -relocation at 64 Popponesset Island. <br /> Road. Dave Sanicki presenting, <br /> Marcella Bradshaw, an abutter,. was present with her representative <br /> Mario DiGregorio . <br /> Plans were reviewed. The velocity zone was not shown on the original <br /> plan. This Ls Flood Zone B. The velocity zone runs below the stone <br /> riprap and does not follow contours . <br /> i <br /> Mr . .Sherman stated everything within 100 feet is the flood zone . <br /> Ir . Sanicki stated it is A zone to the street , v zone to the water . <br /> Mr . Sherman stated it is all within the jurisdiction of the Commission. <br /> Mr . Sherman stated the nitrogen cics for this property show 6 .,1 <br /> which exceeds the 5 ppm.. He asked if the addition provides another <br /> bedroom? <br /> Mir . 'S nick i advised they were before the Commission for second story <br /> approval with an RDA. This house existing is a five bedroom home . <br /> They are not increasing the number of bedrooms , only to move one to <br /> a different area. <br /> Mr . Homeyer suggested getting architectural design plans . <br /> Mr . Sherman stated the Commission goes by what is in the Board. of <br /> Assessors computer . At five bedrooms it will be 9 or 10 ppm. <br /> Mr . Sanicki stated there are five there now and there will be five <br /> when the project is, done . Mr . Sherman stated it would be rice to <br /> see than whole lawn planted with shrubs . <br /> Mr. Desrosiers stated here is nothing to prove that this was accepted <br /> by the Building Inspector or anyone as a five bedroom house; the assessors <br /> say three bearooris . _ <br /> Mr .
